Alpine Shop hosted the May 17 press conference to announce American Rivers had named the Ozark National Scenic Riverways one of the 10 Most Endangered Rivers in America. Below are two of the reports that the event generated. More are sure to come. While most Missourians equate the park  – and the Current and Jack Fork's Rivers that it contains – with floating, there are many other activities in and around the park for everyone to enjoy.
