I bought my first merino wool beanie last winter. I immediately noticed how comfortable it kept me in a variety of conditions. I wear it daily on bike rides to work and it keeps my ears and head plenty warm outside on most wither days. It also does not cause me to overheat when indoors like my polyester beanies do. I find this beanie so comfortable that I wear it at least 90% of the fall to early spring seasons and rearely wear my fun colored polyester options anymore.
