This is a good fit for a running sock, I feel it holds on well and gives just enough cushion without being too bulky. I personally like the light elites over the ultra light because it does have the bit extra cushion in the ball and heel of the foot. I've not had issues with it sliding into the shoe either due to the heel lip it has. I do however feel these socks run a little small. I'm sort of in between sizes in Smartwool, but generally a medium has always fit me. However, Id probably go with a large on these, they're tight in the toes. So if you're a 9-9.5 in women's, I'd consider a large maybe.

I have never had wool socks before as I have always worn cotton socks. This time I wanted to try wool and I really loved them! They dry super fast, feel nice on my skin, and dont stink even if you wear them more than once. In the beginning the elastic was a little tight for my ankle and I was nervous that it would be uncomfortable. Fortunately, after one use they were perfectly fine. I totally recommend them!

Ive been using these socks for mid-distance trail running for a few months and theyve worked out fantastically. They keep my feet dry and prevent blisters. My favorite feature however is their quick drying capability and stink resistance. If used in the morning and set out to dry, theyre ready to go again by the evening for double run days. This is my go to summer running/workout sock. It is super light weight and comfortable. It also does not move on my foot at all, so I dont ever have to re-adjust the socks in the middle of a workout.

As I have gotten back into running, I decided to get these socks as my go-to pair. They are a great thickness and have a balance of comfortability and breathability. I am a size 7 in shoes so I went with the small in socks and they are a little tight. Overall, I would recommend these to any runners or active people. The all black color is a plus too!

So far, these socks have not disappointed. They fit perfectly without shifting around or sliding down at the heel. The padding is just enough to add some cushion without being bulky. And even when theyre saturated from a hard workout, they're incredibly comfortable.

I was very skeptical about these socks since they were merino wool but they are very comfortable and did not itch one bit. They have great cushion for my heels and balls of my feet which tend to hurt during the day. They are very moisture wicking which helps a lot as well.
