The nano puff vest is an awesome and lightweight layering piece for chillier fall and winter days. I find that it is a very versatile part of my wardrobe, and I am able to dress it up with nicer outfits or even use it while Im hiking. The rip-stop feature of this vest is excellent - I dont have to worry if I catch it on anything sharp while Im hiking like branches.

I feel every active person could use a good quality synthetic vest. I use mine as an added layer on winter bike excursions and its just what I need to keep my core warm, without all the extra weight. It's also not a full on running vest, so you can for sure get away wearing it as an every day piece too. Besides its light weight factor, it breathes well, which is important for keeping sweat off which will turn cold on you on chill days. Primaloft, a high quality synthetic that will keep you insulated even when wet, I think is the perfect accessory to any winter excursion. On its own it may be a little light weight, but layering is the key! For size, I feel Patagonia runs about true, I wear a medium for a tiny bit more wiggle room.

Love this vest by Patagonia! I own the Nano Puff jacket and loved it so much I had to get the vest version. Its super cozy when its colder outside. It also does an excellent job of keeping my core warm when paired with a long sleeve shirt, a 1/4 zip, or sweatshirt. And the colors are just an added bonus. Overall, an awesome piece for any cold weather collection!
