I was doubtful at first when I was recommended this sock. I do not have plantar fasciitis, but because I have low arches and my fascia does protrude I was recommended these socks. I did a short hike in them and then walked around all day without shoes, and wow I dont know how they do it but I felt support in my arches even when shoeless. Crazy right? Im giving these socks 4 stars because the only thing about them that I did not like was how the toe area fit/ the toe stitching (I have sensitive toes).

I sometimes deal with plantar fasciitis when I don't have good arch support in shoes. I was hopeful that these would help relieve some pain. I really liked the compression and the arch support I got in them. I wear them while at work and they make my feet feel better. I also wear them around the house to give my feet some support and they don't have to be in shoes! My foot measures a 7.5 so I did the S/M size, I wish I would have done the M/L. They only reason these didn't get 5 stars is the toe box on them wasn't my favorite, little to tight on my big toe and too much material for my little toes. But overall great buy!
