These gloves are good all-around cold weather gloves. They're my go-to around town and driving through most of the winter season. They're made of waterproof fabric which is nice, although they're not seam taped so wind can cut through them if its really howling cold. I've found these do well down to about 15F, below that I'd recommend a heavier glove. That being said, in the winter these gloves come with me everywhere I go. They're a good pick for the price.
