E-Commerce Assistant
Responsibilities include:
- Uploading products to our website using Celerant CRM and web manager, this includes procuring images, altering images when necessary and formatting specs using basic HTML
- Communication with Vendor reps to get each seasons brand information
- Fulfilling online orders with merchandise from our 5 store locations while being precise and mindful about inventory levels
- Carefully processing, gift-wrapping and shipping each order while communicating tracking information to each customer
- Providing excellent customer service to users, be it troubleshooting the website, taking a phone order, correcting an order and directing calls
- Perform various other duties as assigned by Ecommerce Director or Assistant
We are looking for someone who is:
Extremely detail oriented, proficient at multi-tasking, able to wear many hats and work in a fast paced environment. You must be very organized, take direction well and not be afraid to learn new skills. Stellar communication skills and problem solving with a calm and patient demeanor is a must.

Required education:
High school or equivalent
Required experience:
Customer service: 2+ years
Basic HTML
Basic Photoshop
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience working on Apple products
Professional phone and customer service skills
Ability to manage your own time effectively and determine tasks to be done without being told
Preferred experience:
E-commerce experience a plus
Outdoor equipment knowledge a plus
A healthy dose of creativity
