To be honest, I had my eye on this hat for at least a year before I bought it and my only regret is that I didn't get it sooner. It's by far the best straw hat I've ever had, mostly due to the fit given by the internal elastic band. I've also never received so many compliments on any article of clothing in my collection, and who doesn't like that? I found it easy to take it out of the context I had bought it for (beach, lake, river, camping etc...) and wear it in casual settings and even to work, cause who doesn't like an excuse to wear a fun hat!?
