This is the newest bottle in the camelbak family that I've tried, and I don't know why I waited so long to try it. It's now one of my favorite ways to consume water. I'm very used to using the regular sports bottle Camelbaks that I use on my bike all the time, they're great. But there's a lot of sucking and squeezing of the bottle, I realize I probably don't consume as much at once because of the effort. This one is as simple as a straw, the bite valve takes a day to get used to, but I'm able to suck back a third of the bottle in one go. It's tough enough to consume your daily water, I can get plenty out of this one without feeling I'm drowning myself. As I said it takes a moment to get used to the valve, and make sure your straw doesn't land right on top of that little bump in the bottom of the bottle, that blocks your water flow and makes it impossible to drink from. Love this bottle, if anything, it's too bad it's not insulated, ice doesn't last long in this one.
