All participants must fill out release forms to paddle. Safety boaters will be on hand; but you are responsible for your own safety as well as those boating around you. You should know how to swim. While you do not have to provide one, you must agree to wear a Personal Flotation Device (PFD, life jacket) at all times as you are instructed to wear it. Paddles and PFD's can be in high demand during this day. If you do not bring your own paddle and/or PFD, you may be asked to limit your paddling to a time period determined by Alpine Shop personnel.
