The second of Alpine Shop’s three-part kayak instruction series, the Intermediate clinic helps you develop the strokes learned in the basic class as well as the techniques involved with more advanced skills like the Eskimo roll. We’ll also cover the finer points of essential paddle strokes, equipment and self-rescue. Along with the Basic and Advanced clinics, these classes will fill up VERY quickly! Register early to make sure you get a spot.
• Boats
and equipment provided. Students provide their own snacks,
drinking water, hat, sunscreen and eyeglass retainers.
• This
class is a prerequisite for Alpine Shop’s Advanced Kayaking course. Minimum age requirement is 18. Prerequisite for registration: Basic Kayaking
